The subject of sale are digital products — sound sample packs, preset banks, and other digital content related to sound production (hereinafter "products"), available at www.sardonicrepulsion.com.
A purchase contract is formed when the buyer submits an order through the order form on the website. The buyer must provide a valid e-mail address to which the product download link will be delivered.
Product prices are listed in euros (EUR) including all applicable taxes. Payment is made via bank transfer to the seller's account. Payment details (IBAN, reference number) are displayed after placing the order.
After placing an order, the buyer receives a unique download link via e-mail. The link is valid for 72 hours and allows a maximum of 5 downloads. In case of issues, please contact the seller.
In accordance with Slovak law (§ 7 par. 6 letter l) of Act No. 102/2014), by placing an order the buyer expressly agrees to the provision of digital content before the expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that by expressing this consent, they lose the right to withdraw from the contract.
In case of technical issues with the product (corrupted file, non-functioning download link), please contact the seller at info@sardonicrepulsion.com. Complaints will be resolved within 30 days.
By purchasing a product, the buyer obtains a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the sound files/presets in their own music productions. The buyer may not resell, redistribute, or share the product.

We collect only the buyer's e-mail address for the purpose of delivering the purchased product and order-related communication.
Processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Personal data is retained for 3 years from the date of the order, or as required by applicable legal regulations.

Your data is not shared with third parties, except services necessary for operation (e-mail server for delivering the download link).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
